It was the house their grandfather and father had been born in. It was the house that had all their memories. The boys had always been close as children. They were only two years apart, and, although they sometimes fought as brothers do, mostly they were inseparable. There was never a dull moment in the Harmer household. The energetic brothers spent their summers running around. They would go fishing in the local river, and try to catch the biggest fish in the world.
